Learn American Sign Language (ASL) in a fun and engaging way!
We offer classes for adults and families at various skill levels, from those just starting out to those with some prior ASL experience. Our classes are designed to help you develop your ASL skills for personal enrichment, communicating with loved ones, or professional growth
You can register multiple participants under one account. Once viewing your cart, you will select to add another participant in the top right corner to input additional participants information and add them to your cart. Spots are limited, so register early.
Important Notes:
- Tuition is refundable up until Sunday, April 5, 2026. After that, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, you are committing to your course.
- All classes are taught by Deaf instructors to provide an authentic ASL learning experience. ASL interpreters will not be present in the classes.
- Online classes are held via Zoom. Participants will need a stable internet connection and a webcam. Your zoom link will be sent within your confirmation email.
- The Zoom link to your course can be found in your registration confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please reach out to us as soon as possible to ensure everyone can attend the first day of class.
- Payments are accepted via debit or credit card only.
- Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. In the event of a cancellation, all registered participants will be notified and fully refunded.
Memorial Day Recess
- In observance of Memorial Day, this class will not meet on Monday, May 25th. The class for that week will instead take place Thursday, May 28th, 5pm-6pm, before returning back to your regular scheduled time on Monday, June 1st, 5pm-6pm.
- If necessary, a one-time Zoom link will be sent out the week prior to the adjusted class to the email used to register.
TrueWay ASL/Supplemental Resources
- Tuition cost does not cover any supplemental materials for the course.
- The Holley Institute's instructors utilize TrueWay ASL for course curriculum and students are recommended to purchase this optional online resource to follow along with the class.
- This resource contains access to a video library, vocabulary lists, and practice opportunities to use during the week.
- This resource is purchased directly through TrueWay ASL ($40) and will give access to the curriculum for the duration of your course.
- The unique class link to register with TrueWay will be sent in a follow-up email.
- Other viable alternative resources exist (Signing Naturally, ASL Bloom, LifePrint, etc.) and can be utilized by students as well but are not supplied by the Holley Institute.
- A link unique to your class to purchase TrueWay ASL will be provided in the confirmation email. Any difficulties with your TrueWay ASL account would need to be directed to [email protected] as we do not have access to purchasing and account information.
